Warranty Agreement

  • If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or by sending a replacement part, The dealer will receive a Return To Vendor or a Credit Memo will be generated by Alien Pro (DOA units must be returned, other units will be field scraped with approval).
  • If the component (unit) is DOA, contact Alienpro service department via   e-mail customerservice@alienpro.us or phone 888-550-6629 or via Fax-346.646.5289.
  • If the component (unit) is being replaced by Alienpro Audio Inc. or a Distributor Partner, you may be instructed to field scrap the unit rather than return it, if so, remove the model/serial # tag from the unit and return the tag to AP to the attention of RA Field Scrap at this address: ALIENPRO AUDIO INC. 25420 Kuykendahl Rd., Suite B-200 Tomball TX 77375                           
  • Warranty terms for Alienpro / Stage Pro are as follows, 18 months for parts and 18 months labor.
  • Labor rates are as follows: (Self Servicing Dealers Only)
  • $40 flat rate labor on all units
  • $20 flat rate for any extensive trouble shooting, not applicable if product is replaced with NEW product from Distribution (DSC) or Manufacturer (Alienpro)
  • Exceptions to the labor rate can be made upon request to AP where a unit requires additional repair time.
  • Reminder any board or part returned for warranty with evidence of abuse or abnormal defect i.e., Liquid spill, insect infestation, etc. will be rejected and serviced center will be charged for the replacement part or component and labor.
  • Warranty claims can be submitted via email or on a spreadsheet sent on a weekly or monthly basis per your process. Remit claims to Janice Najarro via customerservice@alienpro.us or any questions regarding warranty claims she can be reached at 310.882.1619.
Technical Support
  • For technical support or inquiries contact Janice Najarro @ 310.882.1619 for now. In the next 30 days a dedicated service tech will be hired and train at our Corporate Office in Mexico City.  This person will have extensive knowledge of all products being distributed in the USA and how to make these repairs.
